Shift Manager - OPA QTU

Introduction:

We are looking for a Shift Manager to oversee all work processes. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing processes and driving the success of the Restaurant. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, strategic vision and a track record of achieving operational excellence.


Role and responsibilities;

  • Delegation of tasks to staff and supervision of their performance;
  • Responsible for making supplies as needed, as well as maintaining regular periodic inventory;
  • Reception and customer service according to the standard defined by the company;
  • Responsible for staff organization and weekly vacation management;
  • Responsible for helping the staff to solve problems during the service hours;
  • Responsible for tracking daily expenses and reporting them to superiors;
  • Following all health and safety regulations at work;
  • Regularly reviews and evaluates customer satisfaction and recommends new operational policies;
  • Responsible for taking over the tasks of the service and the cash register in moments of flux;
  • Maintenance of the restaurant environment and work tools;
  • Know all the dangers that come from foods;
  • Know control points, work practices, hygiene practices and product traceability;
  • To achieve the objectives set by the company and the general manager.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of work experience;
  • To have communication skills and cooperation with the rest of the staff;
  • Maintain professional relationships that match the company's own values ​​and orientation;
  • To have very good skills in managing and motivating dependent staff;
  • Have excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Have good organizational and planning skills;
  • Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
